That鈥檚 why we created Wings, an adult education program for women. You鈥檒l build on your knowledge, experience, and strengths as you choose from more than 90 majors, minors, and academic programs. And as a Wings student, you鈥檒l receive the direction and challenges you need to help you soar. So whether you鈥檙e seeking your first college degree or pursuing your next career, Wings at Meredith will make you even stronger.

- You have dependent children or a family to support.
- You have delayed your education since graduating from high school, or your education was interrupted.
- You are classified as an independent student for .
- You work while attending college.

- You balance multiple life roles such as parent/caretaker, spouse/partner, and employee.

A Journey Back to Meredith
After returning to Meredith 15 years later to finish her degree, Sarah Ella Harlan, ’25, discovered a unique way to combine her love for music, psychology, and magic. From conducting psychology research to studying magic in France, she’s preparing for a future Ph.D. while keeping her passion for performance alive.
Strong Story | Tylena Brown
After sharpening her skills in the United States Marine Corps, Tylena Brown, ’22, chose to attend 缅北禁地 as a Wings — Adult Education student studying business administration with a concentration in human resources.
Strong Story | Veronica Harrison
Psychology major Veronica Harrison, ’22, came to Meredith as a student of Wings, an adult education program, where she found her strengths and used them to fuel her passion for mentoring.
WINGS - Adult Education Strong Stories
After transferring to Meredith, Business major Trina Zazarine, 鈥�25, gained academic knowledge to supplement the practical experience she already had as an entrepreneur and U.S. Air Force veteran.
A recommendation from her community college art professor led graphic design major Josefina Mercedes Puello, ’24, to Meredith, where she’s gaining the skills to turn her passion for design into a career.
Wings student Dora Fromer, ’23, chose to attend Meredith to strengthen her design skills. She gained confidence as a designer and personally through experiences that included multiple internships and studying abroad in Italy.
