Our Bachelor鈥檚 in Business Administration
惭别谤别诲颈迟丑鈥檚 core business administration curriculum helps students develop a deep understanding of business practices, giving them the knowledge and confidence to make decisions, collaborate and cooperate with peers, set goals, and accomplish objectives.
With a highly personalized learning environment, students gain leadership skills through direct experience and learn the skills to solve problems through teamwork. 惭别谤别诲颈迟丑鈥檚 strong liberal arts foundation helps students expand on their critical-thinking skills and develop the personal conviction to make ethical and responsible decisions.
In addition to the core curriculum, specific tracks within the business administration major empower students to dive deeper into their academic interests in one of three areas of business administration – accounting, human resource management, and marketing.

Through StrongPoints庐, leadership opportunities, and internships, Mary Maul, ’24, gained valuable skills while at Meredith and will apply those skills in a full-time position at SAS.
Business Administration major and Broyhill Business Fellow, Grace Olufemi-Ajayi, found a welcoming environment at Meredith that let her explore her interests and major. As a student-athlete, she learned that discipline, selflessness, and being part of a team that depended on her were always a win during her college career.
With support from Meredith faculty and staff, Business Administration major Emma Bailey made the most of experiential learning opportunities including study abroad and an impressive internship. She worked as a social media marketing intern at Liberare, an adaptive clothing brand with a global presence. Along the way, she also established a blog focused on disability lifestyle and disability travel.

Softball player and accounting major Avery Puryear, 鈥�25, knew Meredith was the right place for her when she toured campus and met her coach. Thanks to a supportive environment and guidance from her faculty mentor, she will begin her Master鈥檚 in Accounting at NC State in the fall.
Through multiple internships, leadership opportunities, and challenging academics, Broyhill Fellow Machaela Murrell, ’24, combined her interests in music and finance to identify a career path that was right for her.

Fifty-two 缅北禁地 students participated in the two-day 2025 Entrepreneurial Challenge, hosted by the School of Business.
The School of Business hosted Suit Yourself, an event where students could receive free professional clothing and styling assistance, for the first time on January 29.听听
Meredith students are invited to put their innovative thinking to the test at the upcoming Spring Entrepreneurship Challenge on February 28-March 1.听
