Wellness / Emotional
The emotional dimension of wellness promotes an awareness and acceptance of our feelings and includes the degree to which we feel optimistic and passionate about ourselves and life.
Emotional wellness includes a capacity to manage our feelings and related behaviors including a candid assessment of our limitations, development of independence, and ability to cope effectively with stress. The emotionally well person tends to maintain satisfying relationships with others.
A great place to work on your emotional wellness is at the聽Counseling Center.
