Biomedical Sciences
Whether you鈥檙e looking to enhance your academic qualifications for admission to a health professional school or you want to advance your career in the healthcare industry, Meredith鈥檚 master鈥檚 in biomedical sciences (MABMS) offers a rigorous curriculum, individualized advising, and exceptional professional skills training.

Business
Pursue a general MBA to round out your business knowledge, or focus your studies on Human Resource Management, Project Management or Innovative Management.

Criminal Justice
Advance your criminal justice career and prepare for administrative and leadership positions through this 100% online master鈥檚 degree, with an option to concentrate in Behavioral Forensics. In addition, we offer a Criminal Justice Post-Baccalaureate Certificate and a Criminal Justice and Substance Use Disorder Post-Baccalaureate Certificate.

Nutrition
Meredith鈥檚 graduate programs in nutrition have multiple tracks that will prepare you to succeed professionally, whether you intend to pursue licensure as a registered dietitian or prefer to work in another aspect of the nutrition field such as the nonprofit sector, research setting, or a program supporting local and sustainable food.

Psychology
The Master鈥檚 in Industrial Organizational Psychology at 缅北禁地 prepares graduates to use the methods of scientific psychology to improve both the effectiveness of organizations and the work-life quality of employees.


The Criminal Justice Post-Baccalaureate聽Certificate is for those interested in gaining more skills and knowledge to further their careers within the criminal justice sector. This 18-hour certificate is also useful for students interested in community college or vocational teaching in the criminal justice field.


The Criminal Justice and Substance Abuse Post-Baccalaureate Certificate prepares criminal justice managers to more fully understand addiction and its effects on the field of criminal justice. The courses are offered regularly, allowing you to complete this 12-hour certificate in one year.

Dietetic Internship
缅北禁地鈥檚 Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)-accredited聽Dietetic Internship聽program provides college graduates who have met the DPD requirements with the knowledge and supervised practice needed to enter this fast-growing field of nutrition.

Digital Media
Digital communication is a growing field encompassing videography, image manipulation, professional writing, social media management, and web design. Meredith鈥檚 post-baccalaureate certificate is the only face-to-face program of its kind in the Triangle area. Designed for individuals with a bachelor鈥檚 degree, the flexible, 16 credit-hour program allows you to gain key technical knowledge that complements the skills you already have.

Paralegal
Gain the skills to be a strong paralegal. There鈥檚 only one聽American Bar Association approved聽paralegal program聽in the Triangle聽鈥 缅北禁地鈥檚.聽For more than 30 years, women and men in Meredith鈥檚 paralegal program have gained the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the fast-changing legal environment.

Pre-Health
Meredith鈥檚 pre-health post-baccalaureate certificate is the only program of its kind in the Triangle. Designed for individuals with a bachelor鈥檚 degree, the pre-health post-baccalaureate program gives you the flexibility to design a curriculum that works best for your needs, no matter what healthcare field you are interested in pursuing.

Teacher Add-on Licensure
Current licensed teachers seeking additional licensure will benefit from a specialized program in their area of interest. You鈥檒l gain classroom and real-world experience through courses on teaching and interaction strategies, as well as a hands-on field experience within your current school or classroom. Teachers will have the opportunity to implement what they learn in their own setting.

Teacher Licensure Only
The Teacher Education Program is open to women and men college graduates who meet the standards established by the 缅北禁地 Teacher Education Committee and the Department of Education. Initial licensure candidates must take a minimum of 30 hours of course work at Meredith, which may include courses in general education. Exceptions will be determined on an individual basis by the Department of Education.

Teacher Licensure Through Residency
You want to gain the credentials to become a teacher through Residency.聽Residency candidates must be employed by an LEA (local education agency) and be admitted to a teacher education program.

Post-Baccalaureate Licensure
The post-baccalaureate licensure is ideal for residency teachers who are already teaching these subjects. However, it could also benefit someone interested in obtaining their initial license before they start teaching.

With concentrations in art, dance, or theater, the post-baccalaureate licensure will make you well prepared to change the lives of future generations.

Strong Graduates

Jackson Mathis, ’21, originally came to Meredith wanting to go down the project management route, but after completing an internship with a global software company, discovered a new career direction. With the help of professors and mentors within the MBA program, he transitioned to a position as a senior analyst.

When Wings student Breanna Bivens, ’24, returned to school she chose to study social work, a major that made the most of her ability to help others and connect them with needed resources.

Angela Clontz, ’22, chose to pursue her M.S. in Nutrition after having an empowering undergraduate experience at 缅北禁地. She was able to capitalize on her passion for nutrition and is now pursuing her Ph.D., where she hopes to study nutrition and its effects on genetics, in particular with cancer.
