Suzanne currently serves as the Interim Vice President for Enrollment at 缅北禁地. In that role, she oversees the Offices of Admissions, Financial Assistance, and Graduate Programs as well as retention efforts.
Sharp previously spent 10 years working for Liaison International as an Enrollment Management Consultant, where she led a team of enrollment management professionals to serve as strategists for current enrollment marketing clients and support a sales team in connecting with prospective clients.
Prior to joining Liaison, Sharp was the Vice President of Enrollment Management at Stephens College, a private women鈥檚 college in Columbia, Missouri. During her nearly 10 years at Stephens, she also served as a Vice President of Innovation and New Initiatives, and Dean of Graduate and Continuing Studies.
At Stephens College, Sharp led a team of admissions and financial aid staff to meet enrollment goals, during which time she achieved a 15% increase from the previous year for the fall 2013 entering class, and achieved a 50% increase in deposits as of June 2014 for the fall 2014 entering class.聽As the Dean of Graduate and Continuing Studies, she led a team in producing a 200% increase in graduate and adult enrollment and 300% increase in revenue through strategic initiatives. Sharp also co-chaired a campus retention committee with faculty, staff and senior management to retain current students through financial aid leveraging, advising, communication planning, and academic and student services initiatives.
Other professional experience includes serving as the assistant dean of enrollment management at Westminster College, student services coordinator at the University of Missouri, and corporate facilitator at Missouri Employers Mutual.聽
