Profile

Professional Biography

After 10 years of public school teaching as a special educator, behavior consultant, and learning specialist, I completed a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I joined the faculty in the education department at 缅北禁地 in 2002. I teach courses for pre-service and practicing teachers that address teaching and learning, teaching students who are gifted and talented, adolescent learners, and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners. I present regularly at teaching and learning conferences for higher education faculty on effective teaching practices.

The Pauline Davis Perry Award for Excellence in Teaching, awarded since 1980, recognizes outstanding teachers at Meredith.
