Dance & Theatre Department Strong Stories
Wings student Vaune Blalock, 鈥�20, came to Meredith with over 30 years of dance experience and a host of accolades, to which she has added聽a Bachelor of Arts with a major in dance from 缅北禁地.
For four years at Meredith, Leslie Castro, 鈥�19, studied in an English classroom that featured a poster from the Shakespeare Theatre Company. After graduation, she found herself a part of that company.
鈥淕oing Strong鈥� is more than a brand for Allie Sullivan, 鈥�19, who has found a way to get involved in all aspects of 缅北禁地鈥檚 campus life from traditions to student organizations to performing on stage.
Victoria Mitchell, 鈥�18, chose to pursue her degree in theatre at 缅北禁地 because she knew her voice would be heard in the women鈥檚 college environment.
Sierra Smith, 始18, is has developed a career plan that will allow her to use both of her majors: dance and communication.
