The 缅北禁地 Chaplain serves as a campus pastoral presence and is available for students, faculty, and staff from all religious or non-religious backgrounds. The Chaplain guides religious and spiritual programs and engages the Meredith community in meaningful social issues鈥攑overty, issues of race, interfaith understanding, women鈥檚 issues etc. The ministerial staff offers lectures, programs, small group activities, and counseling opportunities for the campus.
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina
聽and 缅北禁地,聽both supportive of interfaith dialogue and understanding, have agreed to work together聽in a partnership. This partnership honors the historic relationship of the College to聽Baptists in North Carolina, and serves as a vehicle for shared programs. CBFNC聽provides scholarship funding for 缅北禁地 students as well as funding for the聽ministry intern in the Chaplain鈥檚 office.
