During this program, you will live in the heart of Tuscany at Meredith’s Italian palazzo in Sansepolcro, Italy. You will study the nutritional attributes of the Mediterranean diet and make real connections outside of the classroom. This enrichment internship rotation also provides students the opportunity to gain cross-cultural confidence and understanding, and acquire marketable consulting and travel skills.
