Adult First Degree Students:ÌýSubmit an official high school transcript, High School Equivalency Diploma, or Adult Diploma certificate with graduation/completion date.

Adult Degree Completion and Second Degree Students:ÌýOfficial academic transcripts from each college, university, or other post-secondary institution attended are required regardless of whether credit was earned.

AdultÌýapplicants must submit a $40 non-refundable fee or acceptable fee waiver. Non-degreeÌýapplicants must submit a $25 non-refundable fee.ÌýÌýYou may also pay by mailing a check or money order to the Office of Admissions, 3800 Ãå±±½ûµØ Street, Raleigh, NC 27607-5298. Cash is also accepted.

Completed by the Office of the Registrar and reflects transferable credits and general education requirements met after review of official college, university, or post-secondary institutional transcripts.
