At this point in your college search process, you may be looking into how to finance your college education, including completing the (FAFSA). After all, submitting the FAFSA form is the single best way to maximize your funding options for college!

In this blog, we provide some tips to ensure Meredith receives your FAFSA.

Tip #1
Gather all the information you鈥檒l need to complete the form.

• Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Legal name
• Tax documents from two years ago

Similar to past years, you and your parents will need an account, or an FSA ID, to complete the FAFSA. The process to is the same as prior years.

File your FAFSA form by the priority deadline. Submit your form as soon as possible. Students who apply by the priority deadline maximize their funding options. However, you should still apply even if the priority deadline has passed.
