Spring semester can be a great time to visit colleges.

If you鈥檙e a junior, spring visits can help you whittle down your list and give you the summer and early fall to work on your applications. If you鈥檙e a senior, spring visits can help you decide between schools you鈥檝e been admitted to. (Even if you鈥檝e already visited, a second trip to campus may help you make that final decision.) And although summers are convenient because you probably have more free time, visiting colleges or universities while they are in session may give you a more realistic feeling for what the school鈥檚 culture is really like.

Feeling convinced that you should schedule some visits this spring? Here鈥檚 some advice to help you make the most of those spring (and summer) campus visits.
