Where can I find information online regarding billing and payments?

How can I add an Authorized User to my account?
Students must request access for their parents and other third party individuals to view their financial activity and make payments. Students can request this access through their听. Once access has been requested, Authorized Users will receive an email from PayMyTuition requesting they register as a user. Authorized Users can then view the student account and pay the bill on the听听辫辞谤迟补濒.
What are the tuition due dates for pre-registered students?
- Fall bills are due听August 1.
- Spring bills are due听December 1.
- Students wanting to register听补蹿迟别谤听the due date are required to pre-pay for estimated costs.
What if I need to register after the tuition due date?
Students wanting to register听补蹿迟别谤听the due date are required to pre-pay for estimated costs. Students will need to contact Financial Assistance and the Accounting Office in order to obtain an estimated cost. Once the estimated cost is provided, the student will need to make a payment in order to be cleared for registration. Payments can be made online at听听or in person in the Accounting Office (cash or check only). Once the payment is received, the student can contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office to complete registration.

When is the bill available online and where do I go to view it?
- Students are billed by semester, not by the academic year.
- You can view your bill at听.
- You can view your Fall bill听on or around July 5.
- Students who pre-register for Spring will be able to view the account听on or around November 10.
- If you register after theses dates, your account will be available within the next business day following registration.
What is Student Self Service and how do I gain access to my student account?
听allows students and Authorized Users to view account activity by term. Here you can view, print, and pay your bill. Students can access Student Self Service once they have been assigned a NET ID and password from Technology Services听and听have registered for classes.
Parents and other third party individuals can access a student鈥檚 billing information once the student has added them as an Authorized User. Once access has been requested,听Authorized Users will receive an email from PayMyTuition requesting they register as a user. Authorized Users can then view the student account and pay the bill at听.
What payment methods are available?
- Debit/Credit听肠补谤诲听鈥� online through听听辞谤听听(2.85% convenience fee applies)听*Cards are currently not accepted in the Accounting Office.

How can I make an online payment to the student account without access to the Self Service?
You can make an online payment to the account with only the student name, ID#, and amount you want to pay at听. You can use a Debit/Credit card (convenience fee applies) or E-Check (no fee). See payment instructions听here.
What payment plans do you offer?
In order to allow you to divide your semester bill into monthly installments, we offer payment plans for both Fall and Spring. There is a $35 non-refundable fee due at enrollment and students must re-enroll each semester. Please complete your enrollment in the plan by the tuition due date to reserve your class schedule.
We have migrated to a new payment plan system beginning Fall 2025 Semester!听Enrollment for payment plans will open early July for the Fall semester and mid-November for the Spring semester.

- 5 payment plan听鈥� payments are due on the first of each month from July through November
